Why are most of your Products out of Stock?

We make everything to order, we only make small amounts of stock available to avoid being overwhelmed and not being able to fulfil orders for customers. Please do get in contact if something you are after is not in stock and we will be able to advise you on the current wait times. Thank you for your patience.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Because we are a small independent company and we make all our products to order there may be a slightly longer wait. We aim to ship all orders to our customers within 2 weeks of receiving payment, this may be longer during busy periods. If you need an order quicker then that, then please get in contact and we will see what we can do.

I want something unique to me, can I send images or words to be made into a light box?

We are always looking for a new challenge, when working in theatre we rarely made the same thing twice so we love to create unique items for people. Please get in contact with us if you have a vision for something unique and we will get back to you with options.

Why can’t I have a choice of colours?

We are constantly looking to expand what we can offer, at the moment the black text or images look the best on the white background of the Lightbox, but we are always innovating and hope to offer options such as colour in the future.

How do you make the light boxes?

We have put our 3D printer to work, we normally use it to rapidly prototype and create unique components for theatrical practicals. Part of the 3D printing process means there can sometimes be small imperfections, these are unique to each Lightbox, they do not compromise the elegant look and the beautiful light quality.

Can I return my products?

If your product has been personalised it cannot be returned unless it is faulty, for full details on returns, please look at our returns policy.
