Can I return my product?
Unless your product has be personalised you have 14 days to return unwanted products in exchange for a store credit.
You are responsible for safely returning the product back to us and all costs incurred as a result.
How do I return a faulty product?
Please contact us with details of your order, we may be able to resolve the problem for you without the need to return the product.
However if your product is faulty..
Within the first 30 days:
You are entitled to a full refund when we receive your returned item and establish it is indeed faulty, if the item is faulty we will cover the delivery costs of the return.
After the first 30 days up to 6 months:
We may offer you a full refund, but we will first attempt to fix or replace the product first. You will be responsible for all costs incurred to return the product to us.
After 6 months:
We will not attempt to fix or replace the product unless you can prove beyond reasonable doubt the the fault existed when the product was delivered, it is your responsibility to prove this.
